Wyndham Loutraki By Comer Hotel Main Pool Renovation

The Renovus team proudly presents the completed renovation of the main pool at the Wyndham Loutraki hotel, a project of high technical complexity and architectural enhancement.

The project included the complete demolition of the existing pool’s walls and ground, the reconstruction of the basin with modern materials, as well as the installation of a new overflow system and perimeter claddings. Additionally, a new sunbathing area was designed and implemented, featuring high-quality decking and modern aesthetic enhancements, harmonized with the resort’s overall identity.

Renovus strictly adhered to the principles of sustainable construction and modern specifications for energy efficiency, aiming to offer a refreshed experience to the hotel’s guests.

The project was completed on schedule and successfully delivered in Spring 2025.
