The Renovus team successfully completed the total renovation of an apartment in Loutraki, transforming it into a modern, bright and highly functional living space, perfectly adapted to the needs and requirements of AirBNB short term rentals.

The project included radical interventions in all areas, with particular emphasis on the custom design of the structures. New kitchen furniture and fitted wardrobes were created in a common, modern matte shade of soft blue-grey, which lends calm and a unified visual identity to the apartment. The kitchen was upgraded with white worktops, wall cladding with feature white tiles (subway tiles), black detailing on the handles and integrated concealed LED lighting under the cabinets, creating a stylish and practical space.

In the bathroom, a fresh and playful yet minimal approach was chosen. White tiles were installed, punctuated by colourful vertical accents ( blue, red and green details), while the installation of hanging sanitary ware and the minimal glass enclosure ensure easy maintenance and a sense of spaciousness.

At the same time, special drywall / plasterboard constructions with hidden LED lighting and integrated spotlights were applied in the main spaces of the apartment, subtly highlighting the architectural lines and creating atmosphere. The final image blends harmoniously with the installation of new high aesthetic floors in dark grey, which create a beautiful contrast with the bright shades of the furniture and walls.

With absolute attention to detail, quality materials and strict adherence to the schedule, Renovus delivered a perfect result that fully upgrades the living standards of its residents.
