Renovus completed the total renovation of a multi-level maisonette in Loutraki, a project that combines construction excellence with sophisticated design. The challenge was to create a space that exudes luxury while remaining fully functional for a family’s daily life.

At the heart of the house, the kitchen was designed in two complementary versions. The first focuses on the industrial aesthetic, with white minimalist cabinets that contrast sharply with the black marble wall (backsplash) and black details. The second, an open-plan kitchen, showcases luxury through white high-gloss materials, wooden work surfaces and a striking marble veined wall, framed by a feature circular window with gold detailing.

The bathrooms of the maisonette follow the same philosophy. One adopts a modern industrial style with grey tiles, black matt fittings and custom furniture with “wavy” wood. The second moves in luxury tones, with large marble tiles, concealed lighting in circular mirrors and gold accents that add a spa feel.

Particular emphasis was placed on the preservation and enhancement of the wooden ceiling with exposed beams, which was preserved and painted in warm tones, giving character and warmth to the space. With the installation of new frames, modern air conditioning systems and custom interior doors in grey tones, Renovus delivered a high specification property ready for occupation.
