[In Progress] – Construction of a 150 sq.m. Luxury Residence

The Renovus team proudly presents the completed renovation of the seaside restaurant ANEMOS in Loutraki, Corinthia, located at the Wyndham Poseidon Resort. The project included a complete renovation of the restaurant, including the demolition of the existing structure, the construction of a new two-story floor, and the installation of a new roof and facade.

The renovation process began with the removal of the existing wooden pergola and the leveling of the three-tiered floor. Subsequently, the walls and ceiling were demolished, leaving the space ready for construction.

The new restaurant features a modern and minimalistic design, with an emphasis on natural materials and sustainable practices. The two-story floor is made of cement screed, while the roof is covered with solar panels. The facade is constructed from glass and wood, allowing natural light to flood the interior.

The project was completed in three months and the restaurant was handed over to the client on May 20, 2024.
