The 251-Complexb is located in the Sundbyberg area of Stockholm, Sweden and includes 36 high-end luxury apartments, with areas ranging from 35 sq.m. to 135 sq.m., offering unique aesthetics and high construction quality to residents.

Renovus undertook the overall coordination and construction management of the project, ensuring the proper execution of all works within the predefined schedules and budgets. Our role included:

• Coordination between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between Equinix and the construction company Besquab, to achieve the project’s objectives.
• Schedule and budget management, monitoring construction progress and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Supervision and regulatory compliance, ensuring that construction processes meet the highest specifications and are fully compliant with local regulations and standards.
• Strategic planning and guidance, to address all types of challenges and make immediate and effective decisions throughout the project.
